ORIGIN x JUILLIARD

ARRAY partnered with The Juilliard School for a night of musical artistry curated by the composer of ORIGIN and Juilliard alum Kris Bowers. This one-night-only concert experience in Los Angeles featured Mr. Bowers’ first ever live performance of music from the new film ORIGIN, his most recent collaboration with filmmaker + ARRAY Founder Ava DuVernay. In addition, Mr. Bowers was in discussion with Juilliard Arnhold Creative Associate and faculty member Nadia Sirota. The night was punctuated with performances by Juilliard students and alumni string and jazz musicians. Part of the inaugural California Festival, a statewide music initiative showcasing the most compelling and forward-looking voices in performances of works written in the past five years.
