ARRAY 101 is an online education initiative delivering dynamic social impact learning guides for our ARRAY Releasing films and ARRAY Filmworks original content. Available to educational organizations and institutions and to the public for free, ARRAY 101 expands our mission to amplify storytelling by Black artists, people of color and women directors of all kinds. The learning companions provoke important conversations among students, educators, families, and communities around who we are and how we engage in the world.

Join ARRAY’s dynamic internship program and gain hands-on experience in the world of film, media and social impact. Our internship opportunities span across ARRAY’s four key pillars: ARRAY Releasing (film distribution), ARRAY Filmworks (film development, production and post-production), ARRAY Creative Programming (events and activations) and ARRAY Education (education initiatives, marketing and social media).

Internships are available every spring, summer and fall. Designed for students currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate programs, our internship applications open seasonally on Handshake. ARRAY Green is ARRAY’s commitment to integrating sustainability into film, television and creative spaces, ensuring that storytelling and environmental responsibility go hand in hand. Recognizing the film industry’s impact on the environment, we prioritize eco-conscious practices that reduce waste, conserve energy and minimize our carbon footprint—both on set and at our Los Angeles creative campus.

Since its launch in 2022, ARRAY Green has implemented sustainable production strategies on projects like ORIGIN, spanning locations in Savannah, Berlin and Delhi. Our efforts extend beyond individual productions, with initiatives such as on-campus green event practices, eco-production assistant training and industry-wide research to foster lasting change.

ARRAY Education partnered with MasterClass to create a groundbreaking learning experience with our founder, Ava DuVernay, offering aspiring storytellers a rare opportunity to gain tangible lessons from a working director. Filmed on location during the production of ORIGIN in Savannah, Georgia, this MasterClass takes learners onto the set, providing an immersive look at Ava’s filmmaking process.
