SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and systems-oriented Operations Manager to serve as the organizational backbone across campus logistics, staffing coordination, payroll governance and process infrastructure. This role is ideal for a strategic operator who thrives in dynamic creative environments, can balance tactical execution with big-picture planning and elevates operational reliability while supporting mission-aligned growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitate operational alignment between ARRAY’s key verticals — Releasing, Filmworks, Alliance, Creative Campus, Public Programming, Education — ensuring shared calendars, budget transparency and coordinated deadlines.
- Monitor systems for communication and accountability across departments.
- Manage weekly payroll operations, audit employee entries and ensure accuracy and compliance with labor standards.
- Support onboarding and ongoing workflow expectations for all team members.
- Oversee operational functions for ARRAY Creative Campus (including scheduling, vendor relations, visitor logistics, facilities coordination, rental operations and administrative workflows).
- Prepare clear, concise operational summaries for leadership decision-making.
- 5 years of experience driving operations in a creative, project-based environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable
- Ability to translate mission into operational discipline without dampening creative energy.
